For my participation in Asics "Support Your Marathoner" program ("Program"), I hereby grant Asics ("Company"), in perpetuity, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, in live or recorded tape, film, any electronic medium, or otherwise, my name, voice, photograph/video recording and/or picture, likeness, any copy submitted and/or performance ("Permitted Uses"), for distribution in any medium throughout the world (including, without limitation, the Internet and social media) and for audiovisual and general commercial purposes. I hereby grant Company the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to: use photographs, images, copy and videos I have submitted or in which I may be included with others; copyright the same, in its name or otherwise; use, reuse, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs and images, and in conjunction with any printed matter, in any and all media and for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation illustration, promotion, art, advertising and trade; and use my name in connection therewith if it so chooses.
I agree that all photographs, videos and other images of me used and/or submitted to the Company, along with any copy submitted are owned by Company. My statements are an accurate and honest expression of my experience and belief. I agree that no advertisement or other promotional material need be submitted to me for further approval. I hereby release and discharge Company from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Permitted Uses or use of photographs, videos or images of me along with any copy submitted, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or misappropriation of identity or likeness.
